CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

PUBLICATION AND AUTHORSHIP

  1. The author / authors is / are responsible for maintaining of all records of data associated with the submitted manuscript, including reasonable list of references used in the text.
  2. Where applicable, the manuscript must clearly indicate the financial support of appropriate bodies.
  3. The author / authors is / are obliged to declare that the manuscript does not violate any rights of any other person / third party.
  4. The author / authors is / are obliged to declare that the manuscript was not submitted elsewhere.

AUTHOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. The author is obliged to take part in the peer-review process.
  2. The author is obliged to declare that all data presented in the article are authentic and real.
  3. Should the content of the manuscript be considered unreal and/or made up, the authors are obliged to provide appropriate retraction or correction of the identified mistakes with the following means: erratum, addendum, corrigendum notice.

PEER-REVIEW / RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE REVIEWERS

  1. The reviewers must be objective and confidential.
  2. The reviewers must declare that there is no conflict of interest with respect to the research, the authors and/or the research funding bodies.
  3. In the review of the manuscript, where appropriate, the reviewers should indicate relevant and contributive published works which are yet to be cited.
  4. The reviewer is obliged to alert the editor if the manuscript under review is substantially similar to any published or submitted works.
  5. Having completed the review, the reviewer must not retain a copy of the manuscript in any form (hard copy, digital version).

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EDITORIAL BOARD

  1. The editors have complete responsibility and authority to reject/accept an article, with respect to the reviews.
  2. The editors must not have any conflict of interest with respect to articles they handle.
  3. The board of editors is responsible for handling the reviewers’ selection procedure ensuring anonymity and lack of conflict of interest.
  4. The editorial board is responsible for monitoring and safeguarding publishing ethics as well as for maintaining the integrity academic record.

PUBLISHING ETHICS ISSUES

  1. The Publisher is always ready to publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when needed.
  2. No plagiarism, or any fraudulent data is allowed.
  3. Intellectual and ethical standards will always have priority over business needs of the publisher.
